The Black Ops Video Department is responsible for disseminating information through cable television in Springfield and the area. This includes editing material when necessary and performing file conversions and transferring of data to united organizations for the purposes of interlocking missions such as the indepedent media cause, experimentation, deprogramming, reprogramming, and social consciousness.
